IMPORTANT AIRPORT PICK-UP NOTICE FROM LUX TRAVEL DMC

Applicable to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Hanoi only

Due to new airport traffic regulations at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), vehicles are no longer permitted to wait and pick up passengers directly in front of or inside the Arrival Terminal.

To comply with these new traffic arrangements and ensure a smooth arrival experience, please follow Lux Travel DMC’s airport pick-up instructions below.

A. International Terminal – T2

After collecting your luggage and exiting the terminal, turn left and proceed to the meeting point at Pillar No. 3.

B. Domestic Terminal – T1

From Departure Hall A or B (1st floor): Please exit the terminal, turn right, and proceed to the meeting point at Pillar No. 12.

From Hall E (1st floor): After exiting the terminal, turn left and proceed to the meeting point at Pillar E3.

At the designated meeting point, your Lux Travel DMC guide or driver will be waiting for you with a Lux Travel DMC welcome sign displaying your name.

After meeting our representative, you will be escorted on foot to the designated parking area, which is approximately a 5–10-minute walk away.
