Meet Our Green Office Ambassador

Sometimes, sustainability is not about doing something extraordinary. It is simply about making greener choices part of everyday life.

As part of our Green Office Challenge, we invited Luxers to reflect on their daily habits and discover who has been consistently turning sustainability into action – both at work and beyond.

This time, our Green Office Ambassador is Ms. Tran Khanh Trinh, Sales Team Leader for the English-speaking market.

With nearly five years at Lux Travel DMC, Trinh has built solid experience in tailor-made travel, working closely with international clients to create thoughtful and personalised journeys. Beyond her professional role, she is also someone who brings green habits into her everyday life – from choosing reusable alternatives and reducing single-use products to being more conscious about how she travels and uses resources.

Her story reminds us that living greener does not have to be complicated. It starts with small choices, made consistently.

But Trinh is not alone. At Lux Travel DMC’s office, many other Luxers are also making their own green choices every day. Ms. Khieu Thuong, Phuong Thao, and many others are contributing in their own ways – reducing waste, saving resources, choosing reusable alternatives, and encouraging those around them to think and act more sustainably.

Each habit may seem small on its own. Together, they are helping shape something bigger: a culture where sustainability becomes part of how we work, live and support one another.

This is at the heart of our Travelife commitment – to continuously turn responsible tourism principles into practical actions across our workplace, our operations and the way we work with people and partners. For us, sustainability is not simply about meeting standards; it is about creating lasting changes in our everyday practices and culture.

Travelife is not only a commitment we make as a company, but a journey we take together as Luxers. Trinh may be our Green Office Ambassador, but the spirit of living greener is shared by many Luxers.

One small habit can inspire another, and one person’s everyday choice can encourage others to do the same. As more of us make conscious choices in the way we work and live, these individual actions gradually become part of our shared culture.
