About Us
Environment & Wildlife
At Lux Travel DMC, we develop travel experiences that respect nature and wildlife while reducing the environmental impact of tourism. We support practical initiatives for environmental protection and wildlife conservation, and promote responsible practices such as reducing single-use plastics, encouraging refill solutions, and choosing lower-impact travel options. Through our products, activities and communications, we share practical stories and actions that encourage our employees, partners and travellers to value and protect the natural environments of our destinations.

Wildlife Conservation Policy
At Lux Travel DMC, we recognize the importance of protecting wildlife and maintaining healthy ecosystems for future generations. We are committed to ensuring that tourism activities respect animal welfare, protect biodiversity and contribute positively to wildlife conservation.
Our Commitments
We support the protection of wild animals, their habitats and biodiversity, and seek to minimize the negative impacts of tourism activities on wildlife and natural ecosystems.
We do not support tourism activities that involve cruelty, unnecessary disturbance, exploitation or inappropriate interaction with wild animals. We encourage wildlife experiences that allow animals to remain in their natural habitats and behave naturally.
Lux does not support activities involving the forced performance, inappropriate handling, feeding, bathing, riding or close physical interaction with wild animals where these activities may cause stress, injury or unnatural behavior.
We do not support the purchase, sale, possession or promotion of illegal wildlife products, endangered species or products derived from protected animals.
We work with suppliers, guides and local partners to promote responsible wildlife practices and avoid activities that may negatively affect animals or their habitats.
We provide appropriate guidance to our guests on responsible wildlife observation and encourage them to respect animals, maintain safe distances and follow local conservation rules.
We regularly review our wildlife-related products and partnerships and take appropriate action when risks or negative impacts are identified.
Lux Travel DMC is committed to promoting tourism that respects wildlife, protects biodiversity and supports the long-term conservation of natural ecosystems.
